Now working together to supply the DrumBlaster V4 in the USA!
Why carry around hardened concrete you can’t sell?
Why reduce the capacity (Utilization) of a drum?
Why drop concrete on the road because you have over filled the drum?
Why risk the possibility of truck roll over?
Why burn fuel because of extra weight?
Why increase the maintenance on moving parts and tire wear because of carrying around extra weight?
Why use a destructive method of removing hardened concrete via jack hammers or a high-pressure water system which damages blades and dents drums?
Why expose your operators to high levels of silicosis?
Why expose your employee or contractors to risk of engulfment?
Cleaning Sequence: The sequence can easily be changed or customized. The PLC based program allows for easy customization. Fine tuning of the boom speed can also be adjusted with the hydraulic valves.
Controls: The system can be controlled with individual KEY FOB for each driver or truck. The unit can also be operated in full manual if desired.
Duration of Cleaning Cycle: After the driver scans the KEY FOB the system will need approximately 6 minutes to complete a cycle.
Efficiency in Cleaning: If water builds up in the bottom of the drum (between the fins/blades) IT DOES NOT prohibit a good cleaning of the fins/blades. The 6-minute cleaning cycle will use approximately 200 gallons of water with enough pressure to still adequately clean the fins.
Maintenance: A manual will be included with easy-to-follow instructions for proper maintenance. Daily visual inspection of Nozzle. Weekly inspection of filters and greasing of Y-line filer cap. Monthly inspection of hydraulic system, guide rollers, boom, pump seal and greasing of pump bearings. Quarterly inspection of labels, and header tank. Semi-annual inspection of gauges, plates, nuts, bolts rollers and greasing of tower wear plates.
Nozzle Life: The Nozzle should last 12-18 months depending on the quality of water and the amount of sediment in the water. A high-quality strainer is recommended.
ROI – Return on Investment: on average a plant with 10 trucks (with active driver participation) the RIO will be 2 years.
Space Required: The base of the unit can fit in a 4’ x 8’ area. Proper planning should be considered to accommodate the 30’ boom extending out in front and behind the machine.
